Nana Consulting Group, LLC is dedicated to helping small business owners survive, thrive and prosper in today’s economic climate. NCG started its operations in January 2009 at the wake of the US economic and financial crisis and the related massive layoffs. Regardless of economic conditions, businesses have the obligation of accurate bookkeeping and tax reporting in a timely manner. For small businesses that may not have the money, space, or need for full time employees, outsourcing specific tasks are necessary to get the job done right.

The goal of Nana Consulting Group is two-fold. First, we aim to help small businesses remain compliant with accurate bookkeeping and tax regulations in order to avoid costly fines and penalties. We offer business support services, management advisory services, and business development services at reasonable prices to achieve this goal.

The second part of our goal is to provide personal and professional support services to individuals. These services include personal budget development, individual income tax preparation, money management/bill pay services, resume and cover letter preparation, college papers and reports. In addition, we also provide word processing, editing, and proof reading services for college professors, and for books and magazine articles authors.

Our unique blend of systems, knowledge, and service deliver exceptional value at reasonable prices to our clients.

Management

NCG founder and owner, Nana Ama Akyea, has over 13 years of combined professional experience in accounting, auditing, taxes, financial reporting, and general business administration and management. In the fall of 2008 Nana resigned from an executive position to plan and start Nana Consulting Group, LLC.

Her prior experiences include over seven years of tax auditing for the State department of revenue. Nana began her accounting career working for a local certified public accounting firm in Milwaukee. In addition, she served as the fiscal director for an agency within county government. She brings a wealth of tax and business knowledge to help your business succeed.

Nana holds a Master of Business Administration degree in addition to her bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
